Multi-Channel Logger- The Telrecall Analog USB Logger is a multichannel logger connected to the PC via USB interface. Call records are stored in the PC's Hard disk. One PC supports one Telrecall Analog USB
Maximize Storage - The Voice files are stored in Wav/ Mp3 format. 1 GB HDD can store recording for 175 hours.
Live Monitoring Administrator can monitor live calls through PC on the LAN
High Quality recording The high sensitivity circuit in the USB interface ensures high quality, clear recording even in low noise
Search recording- Call records can be searched with Date/ Number/ Company Name/ Channel Number. Manager can generate reports and print. Voice file can be played on PC
Recording Start Modes Telrecall Logger supports three recording start modes--Audio control (VOX), Voltage Control, and Key control (manual). Based on customer's requirement any one can be used to start recording.
Caller id - Support DTMF and FSK mode to capture Caller id.
Time Set- Telrecall loggers provides customer with option to setup start and stop recording time as per your schedule
Access Control System provides multiple rights for user and admin. Password protection for secure login and usage.
Cyclic recording Once the Storage is full the system automatically deletes the earliest records and overwrites with new recording data.
Fault Alarm Generates alarm for machine, key operation failure.
